‘A salted fresh cheese’

This cheese is made using whole milk which comes directly from Ferme Bidelot farm. The freshness of this milk, drawn from Pays de Herve pastures, is what gives it such a fresh flavour. Its smoothness is down to the cheesemaker’s expertise, as it is moulded with a ladle then drained naturally before being salted by hand.


Soft unripened cheese made from pasteurised whole cow’s milk.
Ingredients: whole milk, rennet, lactic ferments, salt.
Format: around 2 kg, sold by weight. Packaged its draining base in a polystyrene box and kept sealed in a protective atmosphere.
